Q: Do I need to have a Payment Portal account to pay my invoices through the payment portal?
A: No, you do not need to create an account. Though we recommend you create an account so you can access your payment portal payment history.

To pay without an account, just click on the pay now button in the email you received with your invoice and complete the payment process without an account.
Q: Do I have to use the Payment Portal to pay my invoices?
A: No, you can continue to pay your invoices as you have in the past. If you ever have any questions about paying invoices, email Edgeworth at finance@edgeworthsecurity.com
Q: Can Edgeworth Security see my Payment Portal account password?
A: No, and nobody at Edgeworth Security will ever ask you for your password. If you forgot your password, you’ll need to reset your password and create a new one.
Q: What do I do if I have trouble using the Payment Portal or have a question that’s not answered here?
